Known for driving growth in venture-backed companies, Alex scaled a startup to a $250 million Series D valuation. He introduced TikTok influencer marketing to the U.S. by founding Ubiquitous, the first mass-market agency focused on TikTok. As Founder & CEO of MomentIQ, he partnered with TikTok and Bytedance to launch TikTok Shop and live selling in the U.S.
An expert in TikTok marketing, Madison led the strategy team at Ubiquitous, collaborating with brands like Amazon and J. Crew. She also launched the influencer marketing department at Warner Records and currently serves as VP of Strategy & Operations at MomentIQ, where she helps brands achieve their KPIs for TikTok Shop and live shopping
Founder and expert in talent management and community building, Kyle leads a top-tier agency representing some of the world’s most influential creators. With a billion followers under his network and several major brand deals, Kyle has also helped creators thrive on platforms like TikTok by refining live strategies and community engagement. Currently, he co-leads talent management at MomentiQ Productions, focusing on growing mega creators and driving GMV growth.
As the founder of a top US talent agency, Dillon manages celebrities and creators with a combined reach of over 1 billion followers on TikTok. He’s been an early adopter of the platform since 2018, helping clients generate millions through strategic content and partnerships. At MomentiQ Productions, Dillon co-leads talent management and is the main point of contact for onboarding creators and driving success on TikTok Shop.
With extensive experience in TikTok marketing, Thomas helped launch one of the first dedicated TikTok departments at Power Digital Marketing, working on renowned brands like Dr Squatch and HEYDUDE. Having scaled over 50 brands on TikTok Shop since its beta, he has driven more than $10M in GMV through expert ad strategies. As Director of Paid Media at MomentiQ, Thomas focuses on developing scalable live-selling strategies and unlocking TikTok Shop growth.
Head of Operations at MomentIQ and Co-Founder of YSBnow, Colleen empowers young women through her digital platform, promoting self-acceptance and individuality. With a background in media, including her time as Editor-in-Chief at Popstar, she’s passionate about fostering positive self-esteem. At MomentIQ, she oversees strategic operations and growth. Colleen also serves on the board of the TJ Martell Foundation.
