The talent turning ideas into reality

Known for driving growth in venture-backed companies, Alex scaled a startup to a $250 million Series D valuation. He introduced TikTok influencer marketing to the U.S. by founding Ubiquitous, the first mass-market agency focused on TikTok. As Founder & CEO of MomentIQ, he partnered with TikTok and Bytedance to launch TikTok Shop and live selling in the U.S.

An expert in TikTok marketing, Madison led the strategy team at Ubiquitous, collaborating with brands like Amazon and J. Crew. She also launched the influencer marketing department at Warner Records and currently serves as VP of Strategy & Operations at MomentIQ, where she helps brands achieve their KPIs for TikTok Shop and live shopping


Working at the intersection of strategy, operations, and team success. Before stepping into this role, she managed large-scale influencer and social media campaigns at Ubiquitous Influence, partnering with brands like Conair, C4 Energy, Warheads, and Joah Beauty to bring their stories to life across digital platforms. She brings that same creativity and operational focus to her work today, ensuring organizational goals are met with clarity and impact.

Prior to MOMENTiQ, he built and executed influencer marketing campaigns for brands like Built and Universal Music, while collaborating with major platforms including Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp. He worked on feature launches such as Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, and led a campaign activation in Asia with WhatsApp. He also served as a Digital Marketing Consultant for Stacks, the number one Bitcoin Layer-2 unlocking over $1 trillion in dormant Bitcoin capital. Today at MOMENTiQ, he helps scale top TikTok Shop brands to 6 and 7 figures, driving growth through creator-led strategies and TSP services.

With over 10 years in e-commerce, CJoe has scaled brands across platforms like eBay and TikTok Shop. As one of the first hires at TikTok Shop U.S., he launched more than 24,000 brands, built the LIVE Sample Center program, and drove millions in GMV through creator and merchant partnerships. At MomentIQ, he leverages this deep cross-platform experience to craft strategies that help brands break into TikTok Shop and achieve rapid, sustainable growth.
